These spreads were designed for a collaborative book project in the course “Books and Architecture,” taught by Luke Bulman, Spring 2020 at Yale School of Architecture. The project brief was to expand upon John Hejduk’s 1985 book Mask of Medusa. Each student was asked to design spreads to insert into the book, expanding the page count, historical context, aesthetic & theoretical associations. Hejduk’s spreads are printed on grey paper, while added spreads are printed on white.
(Due to COVID-19, the project was not printed).
